You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the package without giving any reason. However, this does not apply to items that are expressly excluded from exchange.

We only accept returns for new and unworn items. If the item is damaged when it arrives at our warehouse, we will send it back to you.

How do I return my package?

Pack your order carefully in the original packaging and enclose a note with your order number (eg NOY1363). Then send your package to the following address:

Please note that the costs for return shipping are borne by you as the buyer.

Personalized items, vouchers etc. - as described in the right of withdrawal - cannot be returned.

If we receive personalized products as returns, they will automatically be sent back to you.

When ordering product sets or bundles, partial returns of individual products are not possible. In the event of a return, the entire set or bundle must be returned. If individual products from a set or bundle are nevertheless returned, the corresponding value of the returned product will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher, based on the price paid for the individual product as part of the set or bundle.

If your right of return has expired and we have not previously confirmed an extended right of return, your return will automatically be sent back to you.
